I’ve been learning on an electric guitar and I’m looking for an acoustic now. I’ve had trouble in the past with acoustic because the body is so big and I have a hard time wrapping my arms around it.

Are there good quality acoustic guitars that are easier for girls to play? Price is not an issue and I’d rather stick to the well known brands.
ONE WITHOUT STRINGS
Any guitar that a guy can play a girl can play as well. The problem your going to have is switching from electric guitar to acoustic guitar. No offense, but any expert can tell you that you will find that acoustic guitar is much more difficult to play than electric guitar because of the wider body and the higher action. If you want a really nice guitar, go for a Taylor or a Gibson… but watch out, they can reach $1500+ easily. A great mid-range acoustic brand is Seagull. A nice Seagull can be bought for around $900. The tone is great, action is amazing, and it looks good too 
As a testament, I usually prefer playing my Flame Maple Seagull ($750) more than my Gibson Songwriter ($2000).
