Many parents, DESPITE having produced offspring, are, for all intents, sexually illiterate. The same applies to school teachers, and the most you're going to get in school is reproductive sexuality and safe sex methodology. Let's face it, the individual is on their own, and had better look to reading about many of these things on their own time. The emotional stuff you mention can't be taught, since everyone reacts differently to different situations. If you tell it one way you offend the church. If you tell it another way you offend the parents. If you tell it another way no one understands. And finally I f you talk about it another way. Everyone gets embarrassed. In other countries they are more open about sex and they don't dwell on it as much. You don't need schooling.
